Do not let this summer pass you by–AGAIN! Yes, it’s true that we are all different shapes and sizes. And, it’s also true that most college athletes have great bodies. But, you don’t have to be an athlete to look great. Regardless of the excuse, you can still have a rockin’ body this summer without paying for a gym membership. It’s not too late! Here’s how to get your body looking great for when summer rolls around.
1. Run everyday for 10-15 minutes. Running is the fastest way to lose weight, and the easiest way to get rid of body fat. It may seem like a long time, but trust me, it’ll pay off!
2. Do 50 push-ups and 50 tricep dips everyday. Don’t worry about doing them all at once, you can break them up into sets: 2×25, 5×10, etc. Eventually, the goal will be to try to do all 50 in one shot.
3. Do 250 abdominal exercises everyday. Doing leg-lifts are some of the most challenging ab exercises out there, but they really do make a difference. You will also need to break these up into sets as well.
4. Tone up your legs. Lounges and squat jumps work well to do this. Start off with 5 sets of 20 lounges. Also, do 3 sets of timed squat jumps (each set lasting between 30 seconds and one minute), and make sure you get parallel in the squats before jumping up.
Do these exercises everyday for two weeks, and you will see a difference. It’s time to take control. Get a rockin’ bod for summer, and have no regrets!
